Secrets are handled sensibly too. Rather than committing credentials to your repo or fiddling with encrypted files, Kamal reads secrets from a .kamal/secrets file that simply points at other sources of secrets. These get injected as environment variables at deploy time, so you can safely handle your registry password, Rails master key, database credentials and so on.
